Experience
Alistair has over 20 years’ experience and has worked for leading international law firms Allen & Overy, Slaughter and May, and Dentons.
Alistair’s practice covers fund disputes, shareholder and warranty disputes, fraud claims, investment-related disputes, agency, insolvency, professional liability, insurance and international arbitration. Alistair has extensive experience of advocacy, in both courts and arbitration tribunals, through his time at the Bar of England and Wales and also as a solicitor-advocate.
