Adam is Group Head of Compliance and Risk for Forbes Hare and its ancillary services businesses.
He is a chartered accountant and, prior to joining Forbes Hare, specialised in financial services compliance in a variety of in-house compliance and risk roles for banks and administrator/servicing businesses including Morgan Stanley, Capita plc and the Link Group. He has also served as Data Protection Officer of a loan servicing business following the implementation of the General Data Protection Regulations in 2018.
Adam has extensive experience of onshore and offshore corporate, fund and trust structures, as well as broader financial services including loan servicing and asset management.
